It’s not raining today…yet. Reportedly it will be by the time the sun goes down. This has been a banner year for rain in SE Texas. Nearly 20″ over average—and in the same breath as the newspapers warn of heavy rainfall they say the fire risk is high so be careful using those fireworks.
