Because of the dozens of spammy users who are attempting to register with this board every week, and many of them succeeding, I have changed the new user process. Not only will new users need to self-validate using the e-mail link the board sends out, the board administrator will also have to approve these new users.

I don't get a lot of new users signing up at present, so it shouldn't be a major issue, but if you feel your request to join the board has been overlooked or canceled inappropriately, please let me know.
