    I'm about 100 pages in and really enjoying Doug's adventures as he rises through the ranks of New York restaurants. It's a tough, tough life and you really have to love it.



    I thought Poppy Z. Brite would like a copy, since her husband is a chef and her recent books explore the life of restaurant owners and cooks, so I sent her one. Check out her Live Journal.
