My short story Groundwood was accepted for publication by
Wrong World. They will produce it as a PDF that is accompanied
by an audio narrative introduction and wrap-up in the style of
The Twilight Zone. “Groundwood” will appear in
July’s WRONG WORLD® collection “INFLATION—Things
that go big in the night.”
On April 24, 2008, from 1-4 pm, Tomball College (North Houston) is holding a Mystery Writers Conference
Myth or Truth: How Our Past Influences Our Writing. Guest speakers will explain how to write, and publish mystery novels, with a book signing at the end of the program. Refreshments will be served. Admission is free.

Apparently contributor copies of Le

months ago, but my copy didn't show up yet. My essay is

My interview with Tabitha King is finally appearing in Pensacola Magazine and even gets prominent cover ink: Tabitha King collaborates with the dead.
I haven't seen a copy yet -- it's the April issue. I submitted it before the hardcover of Candles Burning came out and it's being published just before the paperback is released!

My brand new short story Screaming Jenny was accepted for
Legends of the Mountain State: Ghostly Tales from the
State of West Virginia, which will be published by Woodland
Press in October.
My short story "Therapy," winner of the
Hellnotes Wee Small Hours final contest in 2006, will be
published in Dark Wisdom
magazine some time this year.
