This is sobering -- this anthology is dedicated to one of the contributors who died of a heart attack a mere 48 hours after he submitted his story.

Holy crap!  I am so sorry to hear that. 

But, hopefully he was so excited about it being accepted.  Was it his first story?  Seasoned writer who sold a lot?  

Maybe I should rethink my comment I made in another thread about writing.
