What was the point of making the Wolves comic book

characters wielding lightsabers? Did I miss it, or is it "just

one of those things"?

    It's another way that Stephen King's reality (as a character) overlapped with the "world of his creation" -- Mid-World. It's the same reason why Flagg appeared to the ka-tet in the Emerald Palace.
