I cry your pardon for my ignorance, but what is the differences between the Artist Edition and all other editions including the limited edition?? ???

    1) Differences from the S/L: no slipcase, signed by the artist but not by King.



    2) Difference from the trade: signed by the artist, superior (i.e., more durable) binding and production qualities.
