Who on ABC decided that routinely running a show for 62 minutes was a good idea? Grey’s Anatomy has been going overtime every week this season. Makes it really difficult to record two consecutive programs. Hours were invented for a perfectly good reason, folks.
Survivor was good last night. It just goes to show that the best laid plans, etc. etc. The immunity idol strategy was a good one in principle, but they didn’t bargain on a contest that would be so difficult for James to throw. I won’t miss the person who got evicted last night, and scrawny NY chick didn’t do herself any favors during tribal council. Looks like we’re getting close to a merge.
Yay! The Amazing Race is back the weekend after next. Now there’s something to watch on Sunday nights.
I had a nice long chat with my agent yesterday. Reinvigorating, to say the least. We’re gearing up to work on this new novel I’m developing.
Is there an actor alive today who hasn’t been on one of the Law & Order franchises yet? I used to amuse myself by keeping track of all the people from LOST who’ve been guest villains. A rerun of C.I. last night was interesting because it had Jamey Sheridan in his recurring role as the Captain and Adam Storke as a “malignant narcissist.” Stork played Larry in The Stand, where Sheridan was Randall Flagg.
My E-bay auctions end on Sunday. Check ’em out—some good books available for a bargain.
